I don't even know how to begin this blog post. It's one that I've been wanting to write for a while now, and I feel it's long overdue, but I have so much to cover and I want to do this post justice, so it's been so hard for me to write. However, today I am finally here to share all of my favorite Trader Joe's products with the world!

It's no secret that I love Trader Joe's. One of my favorite things to do after school or on weekends is to go grocery shopping at TJ's. I'm not kidding. I can't put into words how much I love TJ's, and over the years, I've stumbled across some amazing items there that I think the world should know about. I think Danielle Carolan said it best: Trader Joe's is one of those places where they have really cool products but you need to have recommendations on what to get. I consider myself to be somewhat of a Trader Joe's connoisseur, so today I've rounded up all of my favorite products and I am so excited to share them with you guys!

Had to kick off this post with my all time favorite product at TJ's! I used to be one of those people that would pass up vanilla cake because, let's be honest, it's not that exciting. Why have vanilla when you can have chocolate?! And then... I tried Trader Joe's vanilla cake mix. It's so simple, but so perfect and flavorful: the cake is moist, yet light and fluffy, and has the richest vanilla bean flavor. There is no doubt in my mind that I could eat an entire cake made with this mix.

Fudge sauce was another thing I was never a big fan of until I tried TJ's fudge sauce. It's the perfect balance of rich, chocolatey, and sweet; it's perfect on top of vanilla ice cream but also acts as a decadent icing on top of cake (especially the aforementioned vanilla cake!) They also have a really good caramel sauce!

TJ's has the best tomato soup in the world. It's creamy, rich, filling... perfect for a warm winter night especially when paired with grilled cheese!
For an easy yet healthy dinner, my mom and I love to cook a bag of TJ's lentils and put them in a bowl alongside some salsa, cheese, guac, and pita chips.
This is the best (salsa? condiment? idk what it is) in the world. TJ's sweet corn is perfect on chips, in tacos, with chicken... anything, really. I swear, I could eat an entire jar in one sitting.

My favorite chip in the entire world is, without a doubt, these chip dippers. I love them for many reasons: a) they're perfectly crunchy and salty, b) their shape is designed so you get the perfect amount of salsa/queso/guac on your chip, c) they're tortilla chips, which are just innately amazing, no questions asked.

My friends always tell me that they love coming to my house because they know I'll always have some of these mini pizzas. Pizza is amazing enough, but when you make it mini, it becomes a million times better. These are great for parties: you can just pop them in the oven and serve them as they are, or you can add a few toppings to take them to the next level. These pizza circles are easily my family's most purchased item at TJ's. We buy upwards of four boxes at a time.

I put this chile lime seasoning on everything. Salmon for dinner? Douse it with this seasoning. Roasting some veggies? Let's add a little chile lime! This seasoning makes everything so flavorful, and adds a little kick!

This avocado tzasiki dip is a recent favorite, but one I've been buying nonstop ever since I discovered it! Tangy, light, and fresh, this is the perfect dip for summer! It's perfect for pita chips or veggies.
It's no secret that I love spinach & artichoke dip, and Trade Joe's has the best one! It's so creamy + filling... and it's deceptively easy to eat the whole bowl in one sitting.

Also, if you're trying to be healthier, they make a kale + artichoke dip that is just as good but better for you!

I love brownies. My favorite brownies are these Nutella brownies from Sally's Baking Addiction. Easily the best recipe I've ever made... and the key ingredient is Trader Joe's Chocolate Almond Spread. It tastes exactly like Nutella, but 1,000 times better - less processed and more gourmet! It tastes amazing if you spread it on bananas, strawberries, pancakes... you get the idea.

Visit TJ's at the right time of year, and you just might see their Danish Kringle sitting on a shelf. Purchased from a small company in Ohio, the Danish Kringle is extremely popular around the holidays. They have different flavors depending on the season (my favorite is their almond one around Christmas!!). Right now, they have a cheesecake one!
Trader Joe's has the cutest greeting cards, and they're only $1 but they look like the fancy ones that you would pay $5 for at a stationery store. They have such a great selection, and I don't know why you would buy cards from anywhere except TJ's.
Now that it's summer, I've transitioned to drinking iced coffee, and this cold brew coffee is my favorite thing ever! It's incredibly strong, so you need to dilute it with water, but it tastes so nice and refreshing! They also have a coconut flavored cold brew that I'm dying to try.
Another recent favorite is this Southwesetern Chopped Salad kit. It's full of prepackaged ingredients that you throw together to make the perfect summer salad! It's so light + refreshing.
I'm always looking for new products to try at Trader Joe's, so please leave a comment and let me know what your favorite products are!!
