Spring Break Packing Guide

When I think of Spring Break destinations, my mind instantly jumps to snow covered mountains, ski equipment, and cozy sweaters. I think of Spring Break as the farewell to winter, the last time I will experience cold weather before spring officially arrives. However, I know many of y'all think of beaches and sunshine, so today, I've put together two packing guides - one for warmer weather, and one for cold weather!

This will be my third year going skiing for Spring Break, and I can't wait! I'm leaving for Utah tonight, and I've never been before so I'm beyond excited. However, I've been skiing in Nevada and Colorado before (read my Beaver Creek recap here!) and I've found that a good pair of rain or snow boots, thick sweaters, cozy scarves, and fuzzy socks are the best items to pack when heading someplace cold. You'll obviously have to bring ski gear if you're planning on going skiing, but I just focused on the clothing you might want to pack when exploring the city or going out to dinner.

If you're heading to a destination with a warmer climate, you'll obviously want to bring a swimsuit. A cover up like this pom pom one and this tote bag would be the perfect thing to accompany said swimsuit, and of course, you'll need a pair of sandals and some cute tops and dresses to wear throughout your trip. A lot of the things featured in my spring wishlist would be perfect to pack!

Even if you're not going anywhere, you can use this post as an excuse to do a little shopping! :) I hope y'all enjoyed this post, and you have a great Spring Break even if you don't have a specific destination. Staycations can be so much fun too!

Also, there will be no Life Lately post this week since this is my second post of the week already and I want to share all of my Spring Break adventures in my next Life Lately post. I hope y'all understand!

Where are you headed for Spring Break? What essentials are you taking? Let me know by leaving a comment!
